Case-Cleveland Municipal School District (CMSD) partnership

The University and the Cleveland Municipal School District (CMSD) have a long history of collaboration. As a result, this has led to more focused interactions and program development to address critical teaching and learning issues in math, science and the arts.

New teacher orientation to University Circle

The Community Education department at University Circle, Inc., under the leadership of Diana Robbins, hosts orientation workshops for new CMSD teachers. The Center for Science and Mathematics Education represents the University and presents information on the programs, events, and competitions hosted on campus. 

Cleveland Math and Science Partnership

Funded by NSF in October 2002, the Cleveland Math and Science Partnership is a collaboration between Case, the Cleveland Municipal School District, John Carroll University, Cleveland State University, and the Education Development Center. This partnership focuses on math and science graduate work for middle school teachers and laboratory science in the high school curriculum.
