| Pamela Altman, M.A., CCC-SLP
(Kent State University, 1985) Serving members of Cleveland's community for 13 years at CHSC, Ms. Altman is proficient with evaluation and treatment of preschool speech and language disorders and adolescent language disorders. Her primary role is securing, staffing, maintaining, and providing direct services in contracts with Head Starts, day care programs and private schools. Ms. Altman also provides speech-language development inservices to parents, teachers, and health care providers. |

| Michelle L. Burnett, M.A., CCC-SLP
(Michigan State University, 1990) Ms. Burnett is experienced in working with children and adults with communication disorders associated with traumatic brain injury, stuttering, CVA, laryngectomy and other vocal dysfunction, as well as speech and language delay. Her experience with evaluation and treatment of stuttering and cluttering spans all ages. Ms. Burnett's areas of interest include accent reduction and corporate communication skills development. She has published and presented in the areas of fluency and traumatic brain injury. |

(Kent State University, 1993) During her five year tenure with CHSC, Ms. Calanni has furthered her expertise in early intervention services for children birth to six years and their families. Intervention with clients and parent training occurs in individual and group settings. Special areas of interest include Down Syndrome, apraxia of speech, and augmentative/alternative communication. |

University, 1997) Ms Jennejahn, the most recent addition to the speech staff, has strong training and experience with child through adult language disorders, preschool fluency, phonological disorders, and adult dysphagia. Additionally, she has experience with augmentative communicative systems. Ms Jennejahn has a special interest in young children with autism. |

| Lynn Kost, M.A., CCC-SLP (Case
Western Reserve University-1996) During the two and one-half years Ms. Kost has been working at CHSC, she has developed expertise in working with children with autism spectrum disorders. She facilitates group and individual therapy for children ages 2-12. Ms. Kost has coordinated CHSC's Speak Easy Program, a social group for adults who have survived a stroke or traumatic brain injury. She has special interest in early intervention and development of language and phonological skills in children, and additional interest in children with cleft palate/orofacial anomalies. |

| Dell Ann Lewis, M.A., CCC-SLP
(Cleveland State University-1993) Specializing in reading for school-aged children, primarily children with language-learning disabilities, Ms. Lewis has continuously sought new challenging opportunities over her 5 years at CHSC. her strong skills with written expression, phonemic awareness, and auditory processing are also utilized in evaluating and treating our clients. Ms. Lewis provides community education through presentations to local agencies on LLD, reading, and speech-language development. |

(University of Akron, 1982) New to CHSC, but well-established in the SLP/rehab community, Ms. McDonald brings strong interest and ongoing effort toward effective service delivery and parent education. Ms. McDonald is experienced in working with children and adults with a variety of communication disorders. Her background includes expertise in program development and enhancement. Additional interests lie in the area of corporate communication skills development. |

McNeal, M.S. (Purdue University, 1986) With expertise in fluency and language-learning disabilities, Ms. McNeal evaluates and treats children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of communication difficulties. She is trained in the use of the CAFET fluency program, has developed private school language intervention programming, and has made presentations at local, state, and national professional meetings. Ms. McNeal returned to CHSC in 1997 to see Instructor Department of Communication Sciences. |

State University, 1995) During the two years Ms. Snelson has worked at CHSC she has expanded her expertise with early intervention to encompass parent training and working with deaf/hard-of-hearing individuals.
