Applicant must have completed a minimum of one year in a degree granting institution; be continuing a program of education in such an institution; demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, as evidenced by a GPA of 3.0 or higher; and show evidence of leadership by participation in community or campus activities.

Applicant must be a woman doctoral candidate completing a dissertation or a scholar seeking funds for postdoctoral research leave or for preparing completed research for publication. Must also be a U.S citizen or permanent resident.

Funding based on financial need to pursue a terminal degree in anthropology.
Hispanic Scholarship Fund
Scholarships for those of Hispanic heritage, must have a GPA of at least 3.0.
