CASE Chapter of the American Association of University Professors

Excerpts from:
The Annual Report on the Economic Status of the Profession 2006-07
from Academe (March - April 2007)
(The Bulletin of the American Association of University Professors)

provided for the faculty of Case Western Reserve University
by the CASE Chapter of the AAUP
Bill Fickinger, Secretary   May 2007

Each year the national AAUP publishes a 60-odd-page report on faculty salaries at American universities. For the information of our colleagues, we tabulate here some of the important data for CASE, along with corresponding data for a “comparison group”.

Medical school salaries are excluded from these data. They do include law, engineering, dentistry, nursing and business schools, if applicable. Amounts rounded to nearest $1000.

The complete tables and explanations of the data can be seen at  http://www.aaup.org/AAUP/pubsres/academe/2007/MA/sal/zrep.htm
